A few weeks later, after Orff’s family filed a motion, a judge ruled that all music releases sampling Orff’s ‘O Fortuna’ without permission had to be taken from the stores immediately. By then it was a huge No.1 dance hit, Arcade then re-issued the House Party II-release without track 47.
